Our history :

We started or business in 1985 as a roofing company, Installing roofing, siding and gutters on both residential and commercial buildings completing over 8000 roofing projects. Then in 2006 after training in the Chicago area for Velux residential skylights we became the 5th certified installer in the US as well as the only Velux certified 5 STAR installer in Nebraska and opened The Skylight Guys. Then we trained in Portland an became the only Wasco certified installer in Nebraska for commercial skylights, Most recently we trained for Redilight (a solar powered LED daylighting system). We have installed, replace or repaired well over 5000 skylights in the Lincoln and Omaha areas. With the intentions of staying current on products and installation technics we continue to train approximately every 3-4 years for each product as well as attend conventions each year that are based on the skylight industry.

We are the only Skylight Specialist Installer / Dealer in the Omaha and Lincoln areas Certified in Sales, Service and Installations of both Commercial Skylights, Residential Skylights as well as Solar Powered Daylighting Systems .
